Naveen Sridhar is an Assistant Program Officer for TCI-TARINA. He is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of ground-level implementation across program locations in Bihar, Odisha, and Uttar Pradesh, with a special focus on promoting small ruminants and reducing household seasonal food deficits. Sridhar is also the coordinator of program activities, including data collection for monitoring and evaluation (M&E), in the Munger District of Bihar.
Sridhar holds a master’s degree in development studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in business management from St. Philomena’s College in Mysore. His master’s dissertation was on the “Agricultural Trade Situation of India after WTO.“ Sridhar’s primary interests lie in improving farmers’ access to markets and formulating sustainable agriculture solutions.
